Twitter Tweet Count Integration

MashShare uses a new collecting service for getting the Twitter tweet count. It’s using the opensharecount.com API. Just install the network add-on and register at opensharecount.com with your twitter account. Edit: Twitter tweet count is not supported any longer as Twitter switched off this possibility.
